01

App license

App Store downloads are licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains use of Pocket Files and its support service. It does not replace Apple’s agreement or limit rights you have under applicable law. Included open source components retain their own licenses.

02

Your files and servers

You retain ownership of your documents and other content. Use Pocket Files only with files, accounts, and servers you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for your content, access credentials, commands, transfers, and compliance with applicable laws and the terms of services you use.

03

Backups and compatibility

Keep independent backups of important files. Editing, conversion, extraction, overwriting, and deletion can change or remove data. Some document features, layouts, formats, encrypted archives, and server capabilities may not be supported. Check the result before relying on an edited or converted document. Pocket Files does not provide hosted storage, backup, or a recovery guarantee.

04

Web content and remote services

Imported HTML and .pocketapp packages can contain JavaScript. Only open content from sources you trust. Servers, websites, and services you choose to access are operated by their respective providers; we do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

05

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Pocket Files useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or server, or error free results. Warranty and liability provisions are governed by the applicable app license and law. Nothing on this page excludes nonwaivable consumer rights.

06

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how local data, connections, and support requests are handled. Contact [email protected] with questions. Never send passwords or private keys in support messages.

07

Updates

Features and format support may change with app updates. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date.
